Adjusting width of panels?

On older version, I was able to adjust the width of side panels to balance the size of panel blocks,  against articles.  I cannot find that value adjustment in v105.

did Bloc delete that function in the new version or is there a new way to widen panels?

Admin > Blocks and Articles > Click the right blocks link, THEN click panel. You will see that each panel is associated with the blocks.
