Unable to Install

I'm still unable to install TP, because SMF keep asking for the info to access to change files permission.  Here is what the SMF asks me before proceeding to install TP.

FTP Server > Already filled in automatically > localhost
Port > Already filled in automatically > 21
Username > Already filled in automatically > americra
Local Path to SMF > Already filled in automatically > public_html

The only field not filled in automatically > Password > I entered it many times to only get this repeatly.

An Error Has Occurred!

Session verification failed. Please try logging out and back in again, and then try again. 

This is the latest TP version.

The host provider advised to seek help on the SMF forum, but I'm asking on here, since this is about the TP.

I had this same issue.
I resolved it by going to admin - packages - options - then changing it so ALL files were editable.
It had nothing to do with session cookies.
After that newest TP installed fine with all my old settings intact.
