[bugtracker] Missing images and template error in BZ22

[ResiGnd]

When browsing the site i saw some missing images.
Thought it should be reported.

Images showing as rex X and missing in bugtracker and also in downloads

In Theme downloads it seem images have holders but no image name set so preferenses say only Images/tags/ no image name, Just red X
Other visible images there are named
tp_10.png
smf_11.png

Theme error in BZ22 are all the bottom of the theme in IE7 inside diffrent parts of the entire site.

I am aware of this, its related to using SEO links, the images needs absolute paths, not relative ones.
