Download Box gone in TP 1.0.6 Beta2

I have looked everywhere for the download box.  Didn't it use to be with TP modules?  Now it is gone.  Am I missing something obvious?

Please add this to the bugtracker for Bloc to look at.
Add as much info as you can on your setup, links etc etc
