TP v.1.0.6 beta 2 and advshout

I just upgraded from 1.0.5 to 1.0.6 and keep getting the above error when I try to go to the TP settings or Panels and Blocks, the only place I can get into is the TPAdvShout, when I try to delete all the shouts they still appear.

Duplicate files, you need to check the Load.php on line 3128 and remove the duplicate code

when i try to go to line 3128 on Load.php it says line number out of range

I have managed to solve my upgrade problem, I just extracted the package and uploaded the files from the package to my theme, and now I can get into the blocks etc...

but still having problems with tpadvshout, cant delete all the shouts (had to do it manually) and lost the nice layout I had when members shout.

The TPAdvanced shoutbox should have been removed from the Beta2 package as it still have a lot of issues.
I suggest you uninstall it and use the TPSimple shoutbox instead. You will still have the smileys and such in the block.
