3 different css for 3 different blocks (left,right,center)

I wonder if it's possible to have 3 different css for each of these blocks. I numbered them with 1, 2 & 3, look at the picture below in order to understand.

After seeing this image I'm guessing you understand which blocks. I'd like to have 3 different css for each one of them (1,2,3). If you know how to do it please help me I'd be so thankfull

You can add as many css calles as you like in a php or ssi block, if you know what ssi to call and from where.
