no Blocks

I recently got my forums up and running with smf heres the

I am having problems i installed TP to the smf site. I go to Admins and the tiny portal block is there but their is nothing showing up its pretty much a block that is blank. No idea how to correct this error. If you look at the front page the blocks are messed up too??

It's strang you post in the bug tracker before even using the search or look in the forum.
You see the missing text in your tinyportal admin part ?
Wouldent that bring up a question about why is the Blank Admin Panel or Text missing?
