No changes on frontpage (Top and Bottom blocks)

I've tried adding Top and Bottom blocks using TP 1.0.5 and am facing the following issues :

• Any blocks in Top and Bottom don't show up on Frontpage
• The

Code Select Expand

tag doesn't work in these blocks but works fine in Lower blocks[/li]

And I also accidentally clicked a link after saving one of the blocks I created using FCKeditor (when the page reloads and shows you the FCKeditor again and it takes a while to load). I got the usual FCKeditor error box. As usual I ignored and refreshed the page to save the block again. Guess what, FCKeditor has only been loading partially since then, displaying all but the design area (where I can type and stuff). I'm using Google Crome to edit my blocks since then because Google Crome doesn't even attempt to load FCKeditor.

well well well ... turns out the FCKeditor problem wasn't occurring in IE, so I decided to switch to Mozilla Firefox 2 (Firefox 3 sucks !!) ... Guess what, FCKeditor is working fine in Firefox 2 ...
