Some users unable to see blocks

I have a few users who are unable to see blocks. They are in the same group as other users who can see them. My sister first told me about this. When I was at her house I checked it out. If I logged in I can see the blocks on the homepage, if she logs in nothing. My other sister had similar issue but she was able to see two of the 5 blocks on the homepage only. Most other family members have no trouble seeing the blocks, and they are all in the same member group.

Any ideas?

Thanks for the reply, but the problem is that they are all in the same member group. Some can see them and some can't. If two members log on the same computer and both are in the same member group, one can see blocks one can't. So it is not the computer and since they are both in the same member group I can only think it has something to do with their user account, but I can't seem to figure it out.

There must be a setting that the member turned off?

Did you read the edit I made regarding Post Count groups?

Also check that the blocks or panels are not collapsed, check with the default theme. If that does not help, then a Search here of the Support Board and the Bugtracker may return some results. If I remember correctly, I have seen some topics relating to this that is caused by a database problem.
