Styling for v1.0 upshrinks.

I'm not running v1.0 yet except on test sites but I've noticed one thing. Although converting themes to 0.98 is more complicated it does allow easy alterations to the position and look of the upshrink buttons so that they can be styled for each individual theme. TPv1.0 doesn't seem to allow this. 

Is it possible to mess around with these in the theme itself or is it something that will always require alterations to the actual TP files?

For now they are defined in TP files, but the graphic files itself and the placement is within current theme. To change placement you copy over TPBlockLayout.template and change that. it might change though, I feel current solution isn't optimal yet.
