TP not showing on a new forum.

I just installed SMF and TP on my site, but TP ain't showing in the admin section it leave a empty block only, I also notice that not all TP feature are working. I didn't have any error doing the installation, all went fine it even show the Welcome to TP.
Should I uninstall and do a manual install or it could be a easier fix?
