Problems installing tp v0.9.8

I have tried this several times.  I have downloaded the file found here http://www.tinyportal.net/index.php?action=tpmod;dl=item745 and then uploaded it using packages.  It shows up and then I install the mod go through the ftp set up in install.  It loads up and everything passes and then I click to install.

At that point the webpage goes blank with "done" in the bottom left corner.

This is the address that shows up in the address bar http://theironclan.com/index.php?action=packages;sa=install2;package=TP_0983.zip.

No install occurs.  Any direction would be greatly appreciated.

Permission issues so you will have to go the manual install rout.
