Block Problems

Aight I'm having two issues with TP 1.0.5 and SMF 1.1.5.

1. Upper Blocks are refusing to show up anywhere on my site. If I move the blocks to say Top or Right they will show, but they won't when moved to Upper. I have tried to remake the blocks, turn them off and on, change their Visible Options, and such things.

2. Is it possible to make a block appear in only one Custom Action (using Custom Action Mod) and nowhere else? I've noticed Custom Actions are not added to the Visible Options and the only other way to make blocks appear on them is to make them appear basically everywhere.

Check you panel settings to see if the upper panel is turned on.

Use Upper Panel is set to On

If the panel is on, then theres no way for us to figure it out without looking at it.

Custom action is not an option. Hopefully the next beta will have this option. I could show some code to do it in PHP if you need. I've actually done this quite a few times for other people already if you want to search my posts.
