bocks problem

hi..I´m new in this forum...My english isn´t so good but I´ll try to express my self the better I can...

I´ve this problem:  In my forum (smf 1.1.5) I´ve installed TP 0.9.8.all work fine...but when I change a user to another group ( for example:  registered user  to moderator) they coundn´t see any of the blocks ( shoutbox, stat, ...) It seem that they dissapear....

Everytime you creat a new group, you have to go in to your blocks admin and edit every block and check the catbox for the new membergroups.
It's block permission that is needed.
