Using TP 1.0.5 and SMF 1.1.5

Really stupid question, but for blocks or mind you, any images in images/tinyportal. What is the proper way to redirect a theme to read the tinyportal images directory in a custom theme?

For some reason (made a copy of Default to start a theme from scratch) and it keeps reading default/images/tinyportal/tpcollapse.gif for example, rather than current theme/images etc.

Was testing on block graphics that use the TP images.

Is there something silly small that I am missing here?

(Note: this goes for the little printer icon on front page articles as well)

you will need to add a "tinyportal" folder for  the image changes that you are trying out, as well as making sure that the coding for those images is working.. ;) a search can help you out as well ;) try looking for collapse:

Yeah, have the tinyportal images folder created (was created when copy of default made)

The referenced post has change every item to TPcollapse from collapse etc.

Just figured there was an easier way to point to the whole Your Theme/images/tinyportal rather than change the coding on every graphic used in there. (which is a pretty descent amount).

That's a lot of different files to changes (blocks, articles etc, to work properly). Figured there was a core line of coding pointing to the default theme's tinyportal image directory I could change in one of the files.

lol.. this is just something you have to play with..  its not that many images and changes in the coding, it takes some time to get used to things, but you will..  ;)

Did a bit of testing.

Test Site: www.exphryl.com/testing

Added this code to the index.template.php

$settings['tp_images_url'] = 'Themes/The Risen/images/tinyportal/';

Looks like that fixed my problem. I put that code under the use default images field.

All /Tinyportal images used in the theme direct properly now.

Smoky

glad you got it fixed dreadkgt ;)
