Media mods?

My friend wants to make a media/computer game-related site and is wanting me to help him make it since I have more experience.  I am wanting to know if tinyportal has any mods that allow members to submit movies, music, and anything else that is media-related?

Yes TinyPortal has that. 

TinyPortal v1.0.5 has a "Modules" system and there is a "TP Reviews Module" available for that.
