TP/SMF installed theme No Blocks showing.

New install of SMF1.1 with TP .9, installed over 12 themes for TP and SMF (meaning they are TP designed themes that are supposed to work with SMF 1.1x). Every time I install one I lose my blocks.

I followed the FAQ, TP was installed under default theme.
Theme is designed for tiny portal and smf.

I have spent over 15 hours trying to get it to work. I have no idea why I cannot get the blocks to show. The forum is empty because I am setting up initially. All I get is the article and nothing else. I have searched here on the forum but was unable to find a solution that worked.

Any thoughts from you SMF/TP masters here?

Some themes need to have TP Support enabled.

Are you absolutely certain that these themes are compatible with TP 0.9.X?

Is the TP Copyright displayed in the footer? Also, ensure that _tp is somewhere in the title. I assume that all works as it should with the Default Core Theme?
