SMF 1.1.5 w/ Kelo-LT template

I'm currently running 1.1.5 with the kelo-lt template and I just recently uploaded the latest tiny portal package. When i got to apply mod, i get this single error while the rest were successful:

Code Select Expand

10.  Execute Modification  ./Themes/default/index.template.php  Test failed


Is it still safe to install or do I need to do something to fix this error before installing on this custom template?

Take your error and copy/paste into a search and start read.
A sidenote, you NEVER install any mod to any other theme then the default core....
