Manual Install TP 1.0.5 beta

When manually installing TP 105 beta, how do I open the file tp-version.mod, firstly there are 4 different files re different versions I assume and secondly when I try to open one, windows media player is attempting to play them as a movie file ?

You dont have to open these files, they are for the manuall installer to read when you execute the install.php file from the browser.

OK thx I understand that, however the help docs for manual install tell me to "Open" that file and read the manual install instructions?

That file within the TP install package. Be sure to backup....

open the "tp-version.mod" that corresponds with the TP version you are trying to install. Browse through it's content to familiarize yourself with the editing instructions
