Images Missing

My TP is missing images.  I have little ? boxes in my header, poll block, and shoutbox.

I found the doc describing how to manually ftp the image directories, and I've done that, but still missing images.  Very sorry if this is answered somewhere else, but I looked.  Would someone mind glancing at my board and seeing if there's something really obvious I'm missing?  Thanks in advance!

The missing images seem to be avatars and not tp images

83;type=avatar is what i get when i inspect the image from the browser on the red x

Also the poll images thats missing are not TP images, you seem to use some custom poll block there and not the one from tp

the image missing there are "poll_right_c0.gif"
