I want to put several different information table on different boards on my site and I've tried putting the table code in both the html+bcc and the php+html but neither worked for me. All it did was show the code to the table instead of just showing the table itself. I'm not sure if I'm supposed to do something special to the code or what but I would really like this to be possible. Please help, thank you.  :)

Search around for diffrent tutorials on html or and php and you will have a ton of information. Both very easy and also very complext ones.

There are really no special things you need to add when you use the TP blocks of any kind, they are made to render the code you add so a bit of reading on the tutorials you can find through google or even in our block code and snippets board will set you off in the right direction.

Well I have a table codes and such I want to use they've already been built, I just don't know what kind of block to put them in so they will show up properly, I tired putting them in both the HTML + BBC type block and the scriptbox block but they both just showed the code not the actual table. Sorry I guess I should have been more clear.

OK, I did some tweaking and it's showing up now but it still isn't prefect, it's displaying in a rather funny way but I think I can take it from here. Thank you very much for your help.  ;D

I have a similiar problem ... it appears as if the TP Code Editor is adding stuff when you hits SAVE.

Please look here ...

http://forum.linkafrica.net

That image is entered into a single cell table but a lot of padding is taking place after the save. If you look at the page source the non breaking spaces is indicated.

If I only enter the html without the table the EDITOR adds "/" before the closing ">" like this "/>" and that displays at the bottom of the picture.

Any ideas please.

I couldn't view the link you provided; however, I had a similar problem once and edited the CSS for the theme to remove the padding from the table elements...

Thanks ... I have changed it from a "html+BB" to "scrptblock" and now it works.

Sorry for the trouble.

Sorry I have messed the spelling up in the link ... it is fixed.
