I have SMF 115 and I installed TP 105 through the package manager and it worked excellent. I disabled TP for a bit and went to re-enable it and it would not work.

I uninstalled TP and reinstalled through the package manager and it will not work no matter what I do to it.

I was wondering if anybody can help me out here. I think I may have to manually take everything out and delete what ever and maybe manually modify all files to what they were before to get it back to working.

Is there some literature or docs somewhere that shows what exact modifications that TP does so I can undo and redo my install?

Any help would be appreciated so that I may not have to do this.

If you start by reading up on our posting guide and apply the info we need to know, we can probably help you from there.

The posting guide for support can be found in the sticky topic in this board.

My problem is as stated in my first post here, but I will copy paste it again for convenience.

I installed TP 105 through the package manager and it worked excellent. I disabled TP for a bit and went to re-enable it a few weeks later and it would not work.

At the top of the site we have a link for the Docs board. There are some instruction in the Docs for installing manually. With all those mods, I would definitely say you need to install manually.

masternewbie

Thanks, I will do that and see how it goes. What is crazy is I was successful in installing TP before with all the mods but after messing around, hosed it.

I will let you guys know how I did after I do a manual install.

masternewbie

I resolved the install issue by replacing the files that are changed by TP with some of my older backups. Now I have another problem in which I will post a new topic.

Thanks.
