Hi. As admin may a submit an article. But as a member in a special group that had submit permissions , when I try to submit , the following error apears:

Unable to load the 'main' template.

Yes...I search it and I found a bug id 290. When I tried to click it , they report
No bug with that ID was found

I can't find bug 290 either. Are there other thread that solve this problem?
