Another Question about installing TP on SMC

While reading over the post : http://www.tinyportal.net/index.php?topic=24092.0, I've encounterd a small issue with installing TP on my SMC 1.1.5 site.

This is the only "test failed" section that highlights during the installation via Packages on my site.

Execute Modification     ./Themes/default/index.template.php     Test failed

Any suggestions as to what might be causing that?
By the way, my site is still in the making so if I have to reinstall, it's ok, as there's only 3 members, me, myself and I (admin, super mod, general member).

And just a small side note, it's not called SMC, it's called SMF
