Shoutbox not working?

Hi,

I just installed tinyportal on my forums right now. Everything seemse to be fine except for the shoutbox. When I post something in there, I get this message:

Not Acceptable

An appropriate representation of the requested resource /index.php could not be found on this server.

Does anyone know whats wrong? I just installed tinyportal. I didn't mess with the settings yet.
