Not a "killer" but yes, bad as that section if for what it say, Chit Chat 

And i think IchBin meant more then the ChitChat, he meant that you should have read the "houserules" before you posted for support, it does look better, and it hellps us help you a lot faster as the rules tells you to add a few things so we have a tread to narrow down what and where to go to help you.
