Shoutbox errors

My configuration:
SMF 1.1.4 | SMF © 2006-2007
TinyPortal v1.0.5 beta 1© Bloc | Theme based on Tolkien design by Bloc

TP Advanced Shoutbox (on)

I am getting multiple ocurrances in my error log...  to wit:

8: Undefined index: value9
File: /home/mypath/www/forum/tp-files/tp-modules/TPAdvShout/Sources/TPAdvShout.php
Line: 3875

Can anyone address this and provide some insight as to why it is occurring?

Bugs and they are fixed when the update package arrive, cant say when that will be though.
