Cant install TP

I cant get TP installed Ive tried everything. Ive tried modding the Packages folder to 777 and then a temp folder to 777. But they wont work. Here is a link to my site. http://hakufusonsaku.free-web-hosting.biz/forum/index.php

One is the posting guide, and the other one might just be your answer you need.

I tried doing what it says in the sticky and I just get stuck at the FTP login on the packages section. I cant get it installed because im stuck there. I also tried last night the manual install and it just borked my smf. Please help.

EDIT: to clarify on the issue im having with installing TP for the past 8 hours and last night for 4 hours is that it gives me the modification parse error. Ive tried everything thats been said. Ive even tried the sticky.

Well, i cant give you any more support then telling you to try the manuall install again.
If you have backups of all the files and the DB, you are pretty safe to try and try again.

I will let you try a few more times with the manual install and if you havent solved it until tomorrow, send me a PM with your accounts and i will check it, but i want you to try a few times more first.

well dude I hate to say it but I give up ive actually been working on this for about 8 hours straight. Im burnt out. I cant do this anymore. Ive followed everything to the key and it just wont work. so unless you just want me to PM you the accounts ( already made a temp admin) then ill do that. But im burnt out on it myself to do it anymore.
