Is there a guide for 0.7.5 on RC2?

  Because I was stupid enough to come to the conclusion 0.8 would be out a while ago I upgraded my SMF to RC2 - is there any guide for using TP 0.7.5 on RC2? I know some people have done it but I've found nothing on here that will help me get my site going again. I know a couple of people have made the same silly mistake, but as 0.8 could take weeks or months to complete I wonder if anyone could help out?

No, it is not relevant at all to my question. I know how to chmod. None of the links in that post link to anything related to my question either.

0.75 on RC2 is really quite a bit out of league for most people and their code editing skills. I would suggest you hold to the iron rod for just a bit longer because Bloc is getting close to release for 0.85 which works with RC2.

Strings for what Crip? There are many strings in many different language files. If you're looking for the TP strings check and make sure you have all the TPortalAdmin/TPortal/TPmodules.english.php files in the default theme. If you do have them you might be missing some strings in those files. If you need I can post all my TP language files for you if needed. Or you can just reinstall them from the TP download.

Oh I have some php skillz - heh. I've written a couple of add-ons for SMF and I've also written a couple of themes (can't do php without the html). But I'll wait, my patience is appalling.
