How to create static page in TP

Hello,

As the subject title says, how to create a static page in Tiny Portal? I want to add a google search-script (google adsense search) to it so that the searcbox and results appear in the skin. Got the newest version of TP and the site can be found at, www.norwegianpirates.net.
