Shoutbox error on one particular member

[kjb0007]

I have only had 5 people so far use the shoutbox (just turned it on last night), however, I have one member that everytime he tries to post a shout, he says the first time - nothing happens, then he does it a 2nd time and it goes thru

In my error log I get this every time he does it:

Unable to verify referring url. Please go back and try again.

I asked him the normal stuff like what browser he uses, etc - which is IE6. I also use IE6 and I have no problems using the shoutbox so I know its not that.

Any ideas?

TIA
