How to hide panels in post and messageindex

How i can hide the panels of TP in posts and the messageindex , i can use the feature of:

Hide panels when in custom actions:

But i use pretty urls and i cant hide the panels in the action post,display and messageindex

So how i can show the panels only in the frontpage and boardindex??
