TP main menu question

Hi im using TP1.0.5 but i have a small problem with the main menu.  Some of my users are saying that they cant see the forum link in the main menu.  Ive looked all over to try and find the problem.  Maybe im blind or just too dumb to figure it out.

Thanks anyways... i got it figured out.  dont know it this is the best way to do it but it works     i removed

if($settings['TPortal_front_type']!='boardindex')

from the template file and that did the trick.

Did you have the TP settings to go directly to forum ?

nope.  When you go to the site you see a the Welcome page with a few of the new forum posts under that
