Changing Order in "Article Category" Block?

Good Morning,
The more I use TinyPortal, the more I like it.

I have my site pretty well organized, with articles in categories appearing in nice neat blocks on various pages.

OK, this might be an obvious question, but how do I change the order of articles inside an "article category" block?  The order they appear in does not seem to be alphabetical, or by article date.

When I edit the "article category" block, I don't see any options for changing the order.  I also don't see options for changing the order in the "article manager."  Another interesting point: the order shown in the "article manager" is different from the order in the "article category" block on the front page.

I'm sure I'm just missing something obvious.  But can someone tell me how to manually rearrange the order of articles in the "article category" block?

I think it would probably be easier just to use an html/BBC block and make your own links exactly the way you want them.
