Blocks aren't showing up for anyone but administrators

Help...

People are just coming into the forum/portal now and they don't see the blocks on the front page. I do have these set. There are no controls for members either.

Only administrators are seeing the frontpage blocks can you help please? I don't know what else to do.

for each block you have to set the permission which usergroup is allowed to see or not.

In the block manager choose edit, on the right side you see the groups.
