TP Admin not showing

Hi guys,

I just installed a new SMF forum and TP, but inside my admin, the TP settings on the left panel doesn't show up.

I attached the image for you to see.

This one has been answered a few hundred times.    And that is just today.  hahah jking with ya.   Look in the support board it has a sticky topic just for this problem.
