Admin Section Missing after install

Never mind. I found it.......

This problem is easily fixed
You need to check which language characters your forum uses:


Admin >  Configuration > Server Settings > Default Forum Language.

Make sure it is set to English, if it is set to English_utf8, change it by selecting English from the menu.
