Featured article and front page blocks?

Hello,

I have my SMF/TP site set to use Featured article and front page blocks

However all that is being displayed is the "Featured article"

None of my front page blocks are showing.


I have changed How frontblocks will be shown to every option listed and they do not display no matter what.

Is this a known issue in TP? If not is there any suggestions

Turn off the feature articles and have articles and frontpage blocks only

When I do that no article is is displayed at all only the frontpage blocks.

Also is there a public version of TP 1.0.X ?
