¿Como instalo Tinyportal 0.9.8 en Foro SMF 1.1.4?

No entiendo como instalarlo y subir los paquetes de idioma español. me podrian indicar exactamente como lo instalo sin que me de errores ni nada por el estilo y si se puede con imagenes! Gracias... :laugh:
