Will be upgrading from SMF 1.1.2 to SMF 1.1.4 and from TP 0.9.7 to 0.9.8 in a few minutes. I just have one question...

Will I need to intsall my Theme again after upgrading to SMF 1.1.4/TP 0.9.8

Thanks for the reply IchBin, everything went smoothly, besides an error in my upgrade_1-1.sql file. It was due to my server having an out-dated version of MySQL and was able to make a quick fix from SMF's posted information over on their board.
