Please mark Support Topics [Solved]

I know this is mentioned elsewhere here, but it would really help if you could mark your Support Topics as 'Solved' if it has been answered.

There is no need to rename the topic with Solved in the title, we have an Icon that we use.

To mark a Topic as Solved, Modify the first post in the topic and change the Message Icon to 'Solved', under the Subject line. This helps other members when searching or browsing for answers and helps the Support Team when returning to topics to continue support for it.

What would also help is that if you start a topic for support and you resolve the problem for yourself, please don't just leave it, or say.. "It's ok, I fixed it". Tell us what you did to fix the problem. This also helps other members when searching.

Also when you SEE this topic marked solved icon, dont post more questions in that thread, start a new one.
