BBC in Article/Post Titles

[Maddog452]

Can you use BBC in Titles.  I want to insert the Banner/Marquee BBC and possibly the glow in a title to make it stand out.  I would also like to include an imade at the start and end of the title.

Example:

Title of this Post

Would Become:

Title of this Post

Title of this Post

Cheers
