Shoutbox - Show Last 50 = HTTP 406 error

When clicking "Show last 50" ( index.php?action=tpmod;sa=shoutbox;shouts=50 ) within the Shoutbox block I get the following HTTP error:
406 Not Acceptable
An appropriate representation of the requested resource /index.php could not be found on this server.

I've run the SMF repair tool and all paths look good including all HTTP set to WWW
Shoutbox itself is working fine.

I explored that page and similar before posting here because the issue only exists for Shoutbox last 50. I've found it also generates the error if I access the Shoutbox Admin option. SMF, TP and ~12 add-on packages are all running fine.
A core config file to look at?
Re-install? (it's a brand new non public install)

From what i could understand forom the info found on google it runs down to the servers configuration.
You need to talk to your host about it and ask them to look in to why you explore that error.
I know it doesent have much to do with TP, the script used have to be allowed from your host, or 406 will show.
