New Portal Not Showing?

I have installed the tiny portal successfully, but I cannot see portal fully for example I cannot see the side blocks? what could be the reason?

OK when I change to the default SMF theme I can see the blocks and everything:

but when I install a new theme and change it to it, I cannot see the blocks:

is it a tp theme or smf theme you need tp themes
