What Dutch language version to choose?

When I want to upload the Dutch language file for TP 098, I have to choose between 3 different files (see attachment).
Which one is the right one? 

Is anybody using the Dutch version of TP somewhere ?
If so, what is your experience with it? Is it working OK?

I would like to use it in combination with Ad Management Mod and other stuff ...

If you're forum is set to UTF8 and your database is UTF8 then you use the UTF8 package.

If not, either of the other 2 Dutch packages should work. But I don't know why we have 2 of them. You may want to look at them and make sure they are fully translated.

Just answered the same question in dutch board. For once im trying to help somebody in dutch. To late, it has already been answered in english lol
