Hello a use SMF 1.1.4 and last version TinyPortal but my languaje of forum is Brazillian, have tiny portal languagem Brazillian? Look a image BUG in TiNYPortaL

Also i see on your image that you didnt have the SMF Default Core theme as you should have when you install and set up TinyPortal mod to your site.
