blocks not showing up on some TP themes.

Hi. I'm new to using TP and the themes. I have downloaded this theme:

Which contains TP in it's description and I expected it to display the blocks on each side of the body.

It is however not showing the blocks.

Is there a setting in the admin area that I need to activate in order for this particular theme to display the blocks?

You just need to activate TP in the themes settings

Admin/Configuration/Current theme.
Check the box for TP mod
