Trying to add a menu link

I am trying to add the following link to my menu manager:

Connect Server
Here is the link:
steam: "-applaunch 240 -game cstrike +connect chicago700.counter-strike.com:27020" +password **secret**;

minues **secret** it is correct.  It is uesed to open a steam game directly, in this case a counter-strike source server.

I have three links like this I wish to get working.  I assume something in the TP coding won't allow this options as it only shows a link to:
steam:

Any ideas on how to fix this?  Suggestions?
