border around smiles

does anyone notice the blue/navy? border around the smiles and stuff?...

using the Bloczone4 theme

was it allways like that, i only noticed now....

something about it in RC2. fixed by adding this to style.css:

Yes..I am currently updating all themes, and haven't uploaded anything yet.
