Can a guest select a language of SMF/TP ?

Can a guest select a language of SMF/TP ? Exist this block? I found code into Profile.template.php, but I tried do it and I can't. My knowledge of PHP is more little, less than my english.

A question you have toi ask on simplemachines.org as the code that holds the language is theirs. TP just follow the same as SMF.
